Committed to providing quality care at no cost to the patient, the clinic has also achieved the highest standard of excellence from both the Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (Gold Standard of Excellence), and the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (Gold Standard). We focus on making connections for our neighbors in need with the right care, right time, and right place. In addition to providing direct care services, the critical social determinants of health issues are addressed by connecting patients to our network of United Way partners who work with us with food, housing, transportation, and other basic needs for our patients. Ensuring the health and well-being of our essential workers not only benefits our rural Walworth County communities, it also ensures the vitality of our state’s tourism and manufacturing economies that sustain communities throughout Wisconsin.
