We are the primary care provider for OAFC patients.  With volunteer providers, we are unable to accommodate emergency or walk in medical appointments, however the nursing team does the best to triage and help guide patients to appropriate care.

After the first qualifying visit (registrations on Wednesdays only), patients are scheduled with a primary provider for the next available appointment.  Staff work to find the best fit for the patients schedule – mornings, afternoons, and evening appointments are available throughout the week.

We offer a variety of dental services such as exams, x-rays, fillings, repairs, extractions, and cleanings from mulitple volunteer dentists. Please contact us for more information.

We have many vision related services provided by our volunteer eye doctors. To learn more, contact us today!
