Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. (OAFC) is focused on providing equitable access to health care for county residents of all ages. As a private nonprofit organization, Open Arms has been able to leverage the support from volunteers and private philanthropy to provide quality health care at no cost to qualifying patients. The mission is to better understand and serve with compassion the health and wellness needs of the low-income and uninsured residents of Walworth County, Wisconsin. Our dedicated volunteers serve the community in all its ethnic, religious, and economic diversity. Our goal is for our patients and their families to have the same medical attention with respect and dignity we would want for our friends and families.
Medical
Comprehensive primary care and specialty care, laboratory and diagnostic services, medications for chronic conditions and acute infections, and care coordination to ancillary medical services.
DENTISTRY
Exams, x-rays, cleanings, prevention and restorative oral health care.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Assessment, brief interventions, and therapy for individuals and families
VISION
Basic vision exams, diabetic eye exams, glasses, and referral to specialty care
CARE COORDINATION
Assistance with referrals, health insurance, support services, and follow-up care
