Open Arms provides comprehensive primary medical, dental, behavioral health, lab, and medication services at no charge for qualifying residents. We believe everyone has the right to basic healthcare. Emergency care or walk-in services are not available, however new patient registration can start anytime online.

Who Qualifies for Services?

1 Live or work in Walworth County

2 Limited household income

3 Have no health insurance

4 For dental only, State Insurance (called Medicaid or BadgerCare) is accepted

Steps to become a patient:

1 Fill out the patient registration form or call (262) 379-1401 during business hours

2 A member of our team will call to schedule an intake interview

3 Following the intake interview, qualified patients will be scheduled for the service appointment requested. For those who do not qualify for Open Arms, our team members will spend time helping individuals connect to other resources that may meet their immediate needs.
